Agile development & priortization frameworks = faster, happier teams smarter roadmaps successful produts

What product framework does your team use? I will likely know it or easily adapt to it.  Recently, my startup used Kanban inside Asana with FDD and RICE. At CVS, we used SAFe Agile in Rally, with Confluence.

2023 bonus: secure instances of LLMs to augment processes 🚀

Example User Story

Title: Implementation of Data Consent Screen in Login Flow

User Story: As a member of the Pharmacy Benefits Program, I want to be well-informed about data sharing practices while accessing my new pharmacy benefits account, so that I can make an informed decision regarding my data privacy.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Upon first login after the release, a member is prompted with a Consent Screen before they can access their new pharmacy benefits account.
  2. The Consent Screen clearly explains the necessity of sharing their email, phone number, and username from their existing plan to access the new account.
  3. The screen articulates the benefits of data sharing, and the consequences of not providing consent.
  4. A link to the privacy policy is provided on the Consent Screen for further information.
  5. Two actionable buttons are provided: “I Consent” and “Learn More.”
    • If “Learn More” is clicked, the member is navigated to a page providing a detailed explanation of data sharing and privacy policy, with options to “I Consent” or “I Decline.”
    • If “I Consent” is clicked, the member is redirected to their new pharmacy benefits account.
    • If “I Decline” is clicked, the member is redirected back to their existing account.
  6. Members have the ability to modify their consent preferences and update their contact information within their account settings post-login.
  7. The Consent Screen, and the subsequent pages, are designed to be mobile-friendly and seamlessly integrated within the login flow to ensure a non-disruptive user experience.
  8. Accessibility standards are adhered to, ensuring all members can easily interact with the Consent Screen and understand the information provided.
